Incidents in Hostage Negotiations.
Christy Davis, MS: Christy holds a Master's degree in
Instructional Leadership and Curriculum Development.
She has specialized in training in Curriculum Mapping
and Backwards Planning, and has worked in the field of
education for many years. She is the co-author of
Psychological Support in Disasters, and has a
Bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis in
Criminal Justice.
Cecil Pearson, Captain (Ret.): Cecil Pearson, Captain
(Ret.), is a nationally recognized consultant and
training provider in the area of crisis and disorder
management. He has extensive training in hostage
negotiation. He is co-founder of Pearson-Radli and
Associates, Inc.; a Las Vegas, Nevada based consulting
firm. He has taught a variety of crisis topics to law
enforcement agencies and private businesses for over
25 years. Pearson is a graduate of the National FBI
Academy.
Eric Radli, Captain: Eric Radli, an active duty
Captain, has been involved in the field of hostage
negotiations for over 20 years. Majoring in
psychology, he has taught numerous seminars on hostage
management, riot control, jail response teams, and
first responder to the scene. Eric is a graduate of
the FBI Hostage Negotiation Course and is a graduate
of the "FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development
Association" (FBI-LEEDA) and co-founder of
Pearson-Radli and Associates. He has personally
negotiated a large number of hostage-related incidents
and has served as commander of a county Hostage
Negotiation Team. His writing and teaching methods are
direct, realistic, and survival oriented.
