Jean Goodall, PhD: Dr. Goodall holds a B.S. in
Criminology, a M.S. in Management and a Doctorate in
Public Administration. She has more than 30 years
experience in the legal field, over 12 years of
experience in adult education at the college level,
has worked in the criminal justice environment,
conducted volunteer work in the community and has
extensive experience in government operations.
Carol Hawks, BS: Carol has worked defense
investigations involving death penalty cases and
violent crimes. She has worked state and federal
investigations in the criminal and civil realm. She
has a B.S. in Criminal Justice and holds
certifications in crime scene investigation and
fingerprint classification. Carol is a notary public
and private process server. She also has experience as
a curriculum developer for homeland security programs.
